General Policies

1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. By completing your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Right to Cancel: Ashtari Yoga reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any appointment, class, or program at its sole discretion. In the case of cancelation, a full refund will be provided (excluding processing fees).
3. Processing Fees: Refunds will not include payment gateway processing fees or any additional bank charges incurred during the transaction.
4. Discount for KITAS/KTP Holders: We offer a 20% discount on drop-in classes for guests presenting a valid KITAS or KTP visa along with matching identification. The name on the ID must correspond with the name on the visa.
5. Class Pass Expiry: Class passes purchased at Ashtari Yoga do not have an expiration date.

Refund, Cancellation, and No-Show Policies

Daily Yoga Classes

• Cancellation Policy:
  • All pre-bookings for classes currently operate on a pay on arrival basis.
  • We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the class start time to check in. We will not guarantee that we will hold your spot in the class if you arrive later than suggested.
  • If you decide to not attend the class, please cancel through our booking system so that somebody else can attend in your place.

Yoga Retreats

• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund (excluding processing fees).
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat start date will be refunded at 70% of the payment (excluding processing fees).
• No-Show Policy: No-shows without prior cancellation will not be refunded.

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the training start date are eligible for a full refund (excluding processing fees).
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the training start date will be refunded at 70% of the payment (excluding processing fees).
• No-Show Policy: No-shows without prior cancellation will not be refunded.

Private Classes, Massages, Therapy Sessions, and Tarot Card Readings

• Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time are eligible for a full refund (excluding processing fees).
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be refunded at 50% of the payment (excluding processing fees).
• No-Show Policy: No-shows without prior cancellation will not be refunded.
• Please be mindful our staff’s time, if you cannot attend a session, please provide at least 2hrs notice where possible. You can contact us by email or WhatsApp.

Additional Terms

1. Non-Transferable: Bookings are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who made the reservation unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Changes to Policies: Ashtari Yoga reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
3. Force Majeure: Ashtari Yoga is not responsible for cancellations or refunds due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or global pandemics.
4. Health and Safety: Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically and physically fit to participate in any class, retreat, or training. Ashtari Yoga is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from participation.
5. Payment Confirmation: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
