With these foundations, you’ll learn how to guide others with confidence, compassion, and authenticity. Throughout the training, you’ll explore self-discovery as both a personal path and a gift to share, developing the capacity to offer transformative practices in which others can meet themselves with openness and ease. By centering in calm, you’ll access wisdom beyond thought, leading from grounded clarity and genuine presence. This training is both an inward journey and an outward offering, empowering you to practice and teach meditation in a way that feels natural, heartfelt, and true. Whether you join the course with the intention to teach or not, we can promise that by the end you will naturally share these practices and your altered state, whether that be as a teacher or with friends and family.

This 50-hour training was created as in invitation to slow down and reconnect with a state of calm. You will deepen your personal practice, so that your ability to share comes from a experience not instruction. It’s about exploring yourself and embodying presence before guiding others into it, from here we can live and guide others with authenticity and ease. Rooted in the wisdom of yogic and mindfulness traditions, the approach blends ancient philosophy with modern presence – simple, real, and grounded in daily life. You’ll learn to teach from your own inner calm, to guide with clarity and compassion, and to make meditation accessible for any setting. This course first and foremost is for anyone with an interest in exploring themselves through meditation – from yoga teachers, energy healers, wellness practitioners who wish to share these practices as part of their offerings with calm and confidence – to those that feel curious to learn about meditation and integrate a practice into their lives. No matter you’re background, we are all in this with the aim of finding calm and center, firstly for ourselves, and then showing others the way.

This training is your invitation to rest into the truth, the truth of who you are, your true state, that of calm.

What you will learn

Over these 50 hours, you’ll explore the art and essence of meditation — not just as a practice, but as a way of being. Through guided practices, experiences, discussion, and self-inquiry, you’ll learn to both deepen your personal stillness and skillfully guide practice for others.

  • Foundations of Meditation — philosophy, history, and the science of stillness
  • Meditation Tools and Techniques — Breath and Pranayama, Mindfulness, Mantra, Asana, Body Scanning and Muscle relaxation, Active Meditation, Loving-Kindness, self discovery and awareness-based practices.
  • Reiki Healing – Learning reiki meditations and self-healing practices
  • Guiding and Teaching Skills — creating a session, voice, language, and energetic presence

Your Teacher

This training is guided by Ash, a Meditation, Yoga and Reiki teacher devoted to sharing the sensation of presence and calm. Teachings bring together yogic wisdom, energy awareness, and embodied stillness — blending the sacred and the practical in a way that feels real and alive. With a focus on meditation and intuitive energy work before exploring yoga asana, Ashley aims to create experiences that feel grounded and expansive. With an approach that is rooted in lived experience. inviting you to explore meditation not as something to master, but as something to explore and remember. Expect warmth, humour (or a best attempt at), honesty and lots of care – this will be a shared journey of learning that honors the truest expression within each of us. Meditation is an exploration of the self, a route to understanding “who am I?” and with this knowing… a comfortability with being truly yourself in every moment. At the core of this experience Ash’s main goal is for you to enjoy it. Simple, just as meditation should be.

Teaching from presence begins by returning home to yourself.

Daily Schedule

Each day will explore a specific theme, with our practice and discussions built around it. Our days are weighted towards practice and discussion so that we may learn through lived experience and reflection.

CALM

Certification & Format

This 50-hour Meditation Teacher Training is a blend of embodied practice, guided study, and group exploration. Each day balances meditation, discussion, and reflection, allowing the teachings to land not just in the mind, but through direct experience.

The training occurs over Seven immersive days, held in an intimate group setting to support personal connection and shared growth. Expect a rhythm of morning practice, guided learning, afternoon integration, and teaching labs. You’ll receive a comprehensive course manual and guided meditation recordings to help continue your learning, and ability to keep in contact with your teacher for continued support and guidance. Upon completion, you’ll receive a 50-hour Meditation Teacher Training Certificate, acknowledging your study and practice hours. This certification can count toward continuing education hours for Yoga Alliance (YACEP), or serve as a foundation for future study in meditation, yoga, or energy-based healing modalities. It will allow for you to teach meditation across varied settings. Serving as a stand alone course, or add to any 200/300hr TTC you may already hold.

This training offers more than qualification — it’s a deepening into presence, from which authentic teaching naturally arises.
