Almitra
Meet smiley Almitra From Bandung, West Java, Indonesia! A decade on her yoga journey, she has been teaching in Java, Bali, and finally settled at Ashtari Lombok for the last 5 years mixing group & private class, training, workshop, and events. Almitra’s teaching abilities come naturally as she used to be a school teacher.
You will meet her in Yin Class, Acroyoga, Vinyasa, Hatha. Her way of teaching is holistic, she brings balance awareness between body, breath, mind, and spirit.

Freddy “Free” López is our energetic and passionate teacher coming all the way from Costa Rica. His love for well-being has made him study both western and eastern practices in order to bring a holistic approach to yoga, reiki, massage and sound healing.
Experienced in working with both, private and group yoga classes, he will guide you to unravel the healthy and blissful aspects of yourself from a space of openness, acceptance and love.
Ash
Ash is a dynamic meditation and yoga teacher from the UK with over six years of experience. Specializing in meditation, reiki healing, and tarot reading, he has taught in diverse settings across London and Bali.
As a certified reiki master and intuitive tarot reader, Ash offers unique techniques that blend movement, stillness, and freedom, supporting individuals on their personal journeys. His deep love for music adds a meditative depth to his sessions, creating a tranquil, welcoming space where participants can find their calm and connect with good vibes.
